Embarking on her psychological journey in 2005 in Norway, Lotte has cultivated a wealth of experience working with individuals spanning childhood through adulthood. A graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Lotte holds a coveted cand.psychol degree and boasts a Clinical Psychologist endorsement from the Norwegian Psychological Association, earned in 2011 with a subspecialisation in family dynamics. 

In a significant stride towards her personal aspirations, October 2022 marked the realization of Lotte's long-held dream: finalising registration with AHPRA to practice psychology in Australia. 

Lotte specialises in assessments and treatments for diverse mental health concerns, she brings a unique emphasis on the family perspective, collaborating with clients and their families to unravel the intricacies of their most meaningful relationships. Mindfulness, trauma-informed practices (EMDR and Narrative Exposure Therapy), solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy are among the versatile approaches in Lotte's therapeutic toolkit. 

In adults, Lotte addresses prevalent challenges such as:
