GIFTEDNESS ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Inkblot Psychology Clinic provides comprehensive assessments to assess for giftedness in children and adolescents.
This process includes:
Parent/Guardian Interview - 1 hour
Assessment - 3.5 hours*
Cognitive (IQ) assessment
Functional assessment of literacy skills (phonetical knowledge, word reading, reading rate, comprehension, accuracy)
Functional assessment of written expression skills (spelling, handwriting, grammar and punctuation, organisation and clarity)
Functional assessment of numeracy skills
Feedback (approximately 4-5 weeks following the assessment)
Comprehensive Report provided
Feedback Consultation (30 mins)
Total Fee $1750
There is a $100 non-refundable booking fee, credited to the completed assessment cost, taken at the time of booking. $700 is payable at the time of parent interview, and the balance is due on the day of the assessment.
